Keeping Away Infectious Diseases

Many of you pointed out that one way to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases is by washing your hands often. How often would you say you wash your hands each day?

I know I try to be conscious about washing my hands as much as possible throughout the day especially before and after I touch frequently touched areas (computer keyboards, door knobs, coins, etc). However, I'm sure I don't do it as frequently as I should. I would guess that I was my hands 12-15 times a day. I also use anti-bacteria sanitizer in the classroom along with Clorox wipes on my computer and desk area.

What about you? Is washing your hands something that you think about frequently throughout the day?
