  1. I usually get nine hours of sleep each night. This is healthy because it is recommended that I get eight hours of sleep every night. I usually lie in bed for an hour or more until I get sleepy and finally go to sleep.

  2. I get about 7 hours of sleep on average. A pattern I noticed a long time ago was I make up on sleep on the weekend. I get 2 hours less than suggested for my age but I'm at a national average though. I feel that I get enough sleep if my body wants me to go to sleep it could make me pass out. So I think I'm doing fine
